Peter Huljich
Non-Executive Chairman
Peter Huljich is a highly experienced Non-Executive Chairman and corporate advisor with more than 25 years’ experience across listed resource companies, capital markets and complex cross-border transactions.
He has served as Independent Chairman of multiple publicly listed mining companies and brings deep expertise in IPO execution, corporate governance, capital raising, M&A and ESG oversight.
Yi (Sky) Zhang
Executive Director
Mr. Yi (Sky) Zhang has extensive experience in international capital markets and corporate development, specializing in financing and IPO execution for resource-based enterprises.
Currently, Yi serves as a core executive member of Gemstar Resources Ltd, responsible for strategic planning and capital management across the Pre-IPO and IPO phases.
Tao (Steven) Liu
Managing Director
Mr Liu is a gemstone industry professional with over 12 years’ experience across mining related operations, gemstone production, international trading and downstream industry engagement.
As Managing Director, Mr Liu is responsible for the Company’s day to day management, operational planning and production development.

CFO & Company Secretary
With over 35 years of experience in corporate governance and capital markets, Robert has played a pivotal role in guiding both public and private enterprises through strategic growth and compliance milestones.
